Event Staff

The event manager/event assistance ensures the event will run smoothly from conception to execution as well as meeting the objectives and expectations. The event manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing various types of events. On the day of the event, the event manager will take the main role for on-site management, troubleshooting and handling any unexpected issues that may arise during the event.

Event helpers responsible for various tasks during an event to ensure its smooth operation and help to create a positive experience for event attendees and organizers. Major positions and responsibilities include booth helper in booth setup, arranging displays, and providing information to attendees; check-in helper in managing the registration and entry process of attendees; and crowd control helper in ensuring safety and orderly movement of attendees within the event venue.

Event helper

Event hostess has similar responsibilities as event helper. Event hostesses focus on greeting, welcoming, and escorting attendees, as well as encouraging attendee participation in activities, networking and any interactive aspects of the event. Duties can vary based on the scale of the event and requirements.

Catering service waiters play a crucial role in ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience during events and maintain the overall service quality and ambiance. Responsibilities include but are not limited to venue setting up and clean up, greeting and assisting guests, serving food and drinks, adhering to etiquette, and following safety and hygiene protocols.

Catering service bartender is responsible for serving drinks at events, parties, or gatherings. Duties of a bartender typically includes preparing and serving a variety of beverages, mixing cocktails, providing a bar setup, ensuring responsible alcohol service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
